Below you'll find a list of alternative mental health resources available to residents of the Okanagan and/or BC. Many of these resources are free or low-cost alternatives to working one-on-one with a clinical psychologist.

BounceBack® is a free skill-building program designed to help adults and youth 13+ manage low mood, mild to moderate depression, anxiety, stress or worry. Delivered online or over the phone with a coach, clients will get access to tools that will support them on the path to mental wellness.
